Deposit of $150 through Pay Pal will hold a Puppy of your gender choice.  Payment to be made in full via cash at the time of the transaction or puppy pick-up, minus the deposit made to hold the Puppy.  Buyer is responsible for transportation costs. This Puppy is sold with an AKC limited registration, which means this dog is not to be used for breeding. (Full registration may be made with further arrangements between Buyer and Seller.) The parents of the Puppy are both in good health and available for the Buyer to inspect. The Seller guarantees the above described Puppy to be healthy at the time of the sale as examined by a veterinarian.  The Seller guarantees the Puppy to be free of genetic disease for one year after the Puppy's birth.  This guarantee does not apply to parasites, giardiasis, coccidiosis, or other minor conditions.  The guarantee does not apply to Parvo.  Please keep outside contact of the puppy to a minimum until all vaccinations are received by the Puppy.  All guarantees are void if the Buyer has not taken the Puppy to a vet and continued the Puppy's vaccination schedule. The Seller has done everything possible to produce healthy sound puppies by raising the puppies in the best way possible in regards to diet, exercise, socialization and veterinary care.  All appropriate worming and shots for the Puppy's age have been given.  The Buyer agrees to maintain the Puppy's health in good condition, and to provide yearly examinations, vaccinations, heart worm prevention, and any other usual procedures necessary to assure good health.  The Seller can offer no further guarantees once the care of the Puppy is no longer under their control. The Seller does not assume any liability for any injury to said Puppy after delivery.
